Modern day therapy for overwhelmed, burnt out, deeply caring and cycle breaking millennials. It’s time you get the support you deserve as you learn how to navigate feelings that were invalidated for decades in a world that is fast paced, digitized and lacking the level of human connection our systems actually need to thrive. With psychology jargon being thrown around like confetti on social media, reality tv, group chats and AI platforms, it can be easy to gain knowledge about mental health, however, still struggle to navigate your own unique mental health needs. Therapy can help bridge the gap between what you’ve learned or know and how you feel, aid in healing from emotional injuries and traumas and support overall improvement in mental wellbeing allowing for greater hope, satisfaction and fulfillment.

About Rachel

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here! I am so happy to be offering individual therapy here at Therapy Co with Rachel. I am a millennial therapist on a mission to deliver high quality, values driven care grounded in human connection, collaboration and compassion. It is through relationships that embody these elements that we can be curious, explore, learn, heal and grow. Fostering these elements in sessions, I help clients access a style of relating with themselves outside of the therapy room that frees them from the confines of their fears, worries, self-doubt and inner critic. With this new-found freedom, many of my clients express not only improvements in mood and decreased anxiety but find that they are able to experience increased enjoyment, satisfaction, connection and fulfillment. They are able to try things they never thought they could before, taking steps towards building a life in which they have a confidence not just in their capabilities but in their ability to navigate an ever evolving and rich internal landscape of emotions. Emotions are not something to be feared for they are the guides that light our path and bring us back home to ourselves time and time again. Befriending emotions may feel scary, foreign or silly at first but if the alternative is to keep running from them, it’s time you get some rest.
